Learn about hosting an open enrollment program
The Verbal Judo Institute often works with organizations who want Tactical Communications training for their people but who are willing to have people outside their organization attend the class. Hosting organizations receive free seat(s) in return for their involvement.
If you think you may be interested in hosting an open enrollment program at your organization, please call our staff at the Verbal Judo Institute corporate offices in Auburn, NY at 800-448-1042. We can answer your basic questions and will then refer you to one of our Master Trainers to discuss your needs in more detail.
For these programs, the host organization must provide a large enough training room with tables and chairs, replete with grease board(s), a projector for running PowerPoint & videos, and a sound system (the trainer will need a lapel microphone -- not a hand-held one) --- and be willing to aggressively advertise the program to their local and regional market.
Responsibilities of the Host Organization
- Recruit the required minimum number of students for the specific course, each paying the set price. This price includes ALL course materials including Verbal Judo books, electronic versions of the courseware, and other instructor support material.
- Develop a promotional flyer, which must be approved by the Verbal Judo Institute before distribution.
- Promote the course via local and regional advertising channels.
- Print course manuals from a computer disk that is sent by us in advance.
Student registration is done online at www.verbaljudo.com via online payment or submission of a purchase order. The cutoff date for registration is jointly determined and adhered to.
